A homeschooling mom's view on life: what the kids are doing for school and how well they are doing, resources we are using and extracurricular activities, home life, books and movies I'm watching or reading, and anything else worth talking about.

Bible Class
I am so impressed with how good the big girls memories are, they retain information so well. They know three Bible verses: Gen. 1:1 In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.; John 1:3 All things were made by him. ; and Psalm 139:14 I am fearfully and wonderfully made. All they need is for us to say the book and verse and they can say the rest. They are able to say most of the Lord's Prayer, and sing Jesus Loves Me and My God is so Great. We've covered alot of Genesis already from Creation to Isaac and they remember alot of those details as well. Such as: Adam's special job was naming the animals, Noah build an ark and had two of all the animals on it, and Abraham shared the land with Lot. I am so proud of them and how well they are doing and that even though it doesn't always look like they are paying attention they are getting it.
